Welcome to the story of the
Marianella Renewal Program

September 16th - December 13th, 2001

This is the story of a group of people from various parts of the world who were part of the Pastoral Ministry Course at Marianella, in the suburb of Rathgar, Dublin, Ireland in the latter part of 2001.

As well as those who are part of the Marianella Community the members of the course gathered from 12 different countries of the world (at least that's what our home addresses suggested) and 11 different nationalities. The ages of the 42 participants ranged from 38 (Alois from Uganda) to slightly older with a wide range of ministries and experience gained within those years.

The pages which follow allow you to meet the people who make up the Staff of Marianella, some idea of the program which made up our course, some information about the people who presented the various sections of the course as well as something of the story of each of the participants.

There are also some photos taken during the course and some extra pages telling the story through the eyes of The Little Monk (a companion of Mike Delaney) who provided a daily web page diary of the whole experience.
